People with diabetes who use insulin, or who have a history of problematic low blood sugar, and who saw their doctor within 6 months before the order. Medicare also expects follow-up visits every 6 months.

Can I use only my phone with a Medicare-covered CGM?

Medicare requires a receiver or compatible insulin pump to be used to display readings. You can also use the phone app.

Do you still offer Dexcom G6?

No. Dexcom has discontinued the G6. Ask your doctor about Dexcom G7 or FreeStyle Libre.
