CPAP & BiPAP supplies
When to Replace CPAP Supplies
Quick Answer
CPAP parts wear out and can affect your therapy. Insurance plans set how often each part can be replaced. Replace worn parts on schedule and reorder through us when you’re eligible.
Signs a part needs replacing
- Cushion or pillows: leaks, loss of seal, stiffness, or discoloration.
- Headgear: stretched straps you keep tightening.
- Tubing: cracks, holes, or buildup you can’t clean out.
- Filters: visibly dirty disposable filters.
- Water chamber: cloudiness, cracks, or leaks.
How resupply works
- Each insurance plan sets its own replacement schedule for each part — we track yours.
- Existing patients can reorder from the Reorder page with phone number and date of birth.
- New to us? Start with a short coverage check — coverage must be verified before anything ships.
When to call us
- You’re not sure what you’re eligible for this month.
- You need a part before your schedule allows — we can explain your options.
